Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat in center of foil and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with vegetables. Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt.

Fold foil loosely to form a tent packet, folding and sealing seams tightly to hold in juices. Cook using one of the options below. Yield: Serves 4.

COOKING

Place foil packet on hot coals or a campfire grill for about 45 minutes or until done.

Or place foil packet in covered grill on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes or until done.
